Job Description

Main responsibility: Leading production teams to fulfill production and performance commitments. Key tasks include:

  1. Serving as a role model to inspire team members
  2. Working with Team Leads to create a positive work environment and culture
  3. Ensuring published schedules and delivery requirements are met, determining manufacturing priorities, and updating weekly plans with the team
  4. Actively participating in project meetings
  5. Overseeing efficient workflow and implementing 5S and Lean Thinking processes, ensuring safe and positive improvements with team cooperation
  6. Interpreting specifications and making sound judgments related to production processes
  7. Coordinating and optimizing workshop activities, providing technical support, and intervening as needed for support services
  8. Ensuring quality and HSE compliance, implementing departmental safety programs when required
  9. Focusing on day-to-day tasks, including attendance, time scheduling, and procedures
