We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to contribute to business development for technology licensing and EPC project sales. As a key member of our team, you will lead multi-disciplinary tender teams preparing bids and negotiating contracts for studies, FEEDs, and large EPC projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand complex commercial contracts including FIDIC and NTK. Experience working with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Xait is also a plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to business development for technology licensing and EPC project sales
- Lead multi-disciplinary tender teams preparing bids and negotiate contracts
- Formulate winning strategies with regional sales teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant background with more than 10 years' commercial or project execution experience within EPC, Renewable, Energy or other relevant industries
- Excellent written and oral communication in English; international experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
