Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at 1X Technologies AS in Moss, Norway.

This role is responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, conducting inventory management, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock, verifying accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
• Conduct integrity checks on goods and transport to ensure condition and damage-free arrival.
• Organize and store stock in designated locations, maintaining accurate inventory tracking in our ERP system (Odoo).
• Pick and pack orders accurately, preparing items for production or shipment.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, ensuring up-to-date records and proper filing.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks and ability to quickly learn ERP systems.
• B valid driver's license for operating vehicles as needed.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• T1 Forklift License: Certification to operate forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of the Odoo ERP system: Previous experience using the same ERP system would be an asset.
