Fundraising Strategist

The Educational Equality Institute is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fundraising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies that align with our mission and goals.

1. Develop and Implement Fundraising Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to secure funding for our projects and programs.
2. Build and Maintain Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with current and potential partners to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
3. Research and Identify New Funding Sources: Conduct thorough research to identify new funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations.
4. Track and Analyze Fundraising Progress: Monitor and evaluate fundraising efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, communications, and program teams to ensure fundraising efforts are integrated and effective.

1. 2+ Years of Fundraising Experience: Proven track record of success in fundraising, development, or a related field.
2. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders.
3. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Familiarity with Fundraising Software and Tools: Knowledge of fundraising software, online platforms, and other tools to support fundraising efforts.
