About the Job
The SCM Contract Professional is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of long-term strategies for alliances, services, and equipment needed to sustain the Drilling & Wells team's long-range activity plan.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support Long-Term Strategies: Support the development and implementation of long-term strategies for alliances, services, and equipment needed to sustain the Drilling & Wells team's long-range activity plan.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members, including the SCM Manager for D&W/Expres, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Manage Contract Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of contracts to meet the long-range plan and drive business growth.
- Drive Supplier Performance: Develop and maintain effective supplier management relationships and facilitate the 'Manage Supplier' process to drive performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of 4 years of higher education, preferably a Master's degree in Purchasing, Contracts, or a relevant field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant O&G Contract Management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in strategic sourcing (Contracts).
