We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to drive customer projects according to Siemens standards and customer requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality e-learning courses, training plans, and concepts. Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art training methods and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you should have more than three years of experience with training development, good knowledge of e-learning platforms such as Articulate Rise 360, and documented teaching skills. Language proficiency in English, Norwegian, and German is required, with German being a plus.
