Uppdragets innehåll

Projektledaren har det övergripande ansvaret för planering, genomförande och uppföljning av projekt på plats, samtidigt som han/hon säkerställer att våra höga standarder inom säkerhet, hälsa och miljö efterlevs.

Ansvarsområden
  • Leada och driva projekt på plats
  • Övervaka och säkerställa att projektet genomförs enligt tidsplan och budget
  • Leda internkontrollarbetet i anläggningarna/siterna däribland HSE-frågor, brandskydds- och beredskapsfrågor
  • Stötta organisationen i projektrelaterade frågor och agera som en expertresurs inom projektledning
  • Ansvara för att säkerhets- och kvalitetsstandarder och rutiner upprätthålls
  • Leada arbetslag och samarbeta med entreprenörer och andra intressenter
  • Ansvara för budgetarbete och löpande kostnadsuppföljning
  • Upprätthålla goda relationer med allmänheten, myndigheter och partners
Kravspecifikation

Vi söker en individ med stark drivkraft och engagemang som är van vid att ta ansvar och leda projektgrupper framgångsrikt.

Troligen har du gedigen relevant erfarenhet av liknande befattning inom energi- eller byggsektorn.

Sannolikt har även:

  • Arbetat aktivt med HSE-frågor och har stark kunskap om arbetsmiljölagstiftning och säkerhetsföreskrifter
  • God kommunikationsfärdigheter och förmåga att samarbeta i tvärfunktionella team
  • Högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom teknik, energi eller liknande område, alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet
  • God kännedom inom entreprenadjuridik och bekantskap med allmänna bestämmelser såsom AB04, ABT06 och ABK09
  • Färdigheter i svenska och engelska både i tal och skrift
Meriterande

Tidigare erfarenhet som Bas-P och Bas-U samt projektledarutbildning och erfarenhet av att arbeta enligt etablerade projektmodeller.
