  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Create compelling value propositions to inspire partners to promote our solutions.
  • Design services that increase revenue growth and meet customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with dedicated partners to build strong relationships.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate activity dashboards and performance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Global Systems Integrator Business Management, Channel Management, or Business Development.
  • Strong network within HCL and/or Wipro.
  • Understanding of channel operating models.
  • iGSI relationship management across multiple regions.
  • Sales, marketing, and solution development knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Consistent track record of leading complex sales situations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
