The Department of Chemistry contributes to creating, applying, and disseminating chemical knowledge through high-quality research and education. We offer modern education at bachelor's, master's, and PhD levels and host or partner in study programs in chemistry, nanoscience, medical technology, pharmacy, energy, and pedagogy.

To establish and operate the national infrastructure for automated synthetic chemistry, NorHTE, and participate in externally funded research and innovation projects
