About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our client's construction project in Norway. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for project management and control of the scope.
  • Follow up contractor and their scope of work to maintain progress and deliver within agreed frames.
  • Lead and develop the team, and ensure team accountability for monitoring the Contractors scope in alignment with:
    • Contract obligations.
    • HSE Standards.
    • Quality requirements.
    • Cost and schedule measures.
    • Risks.
  • Responsible for managing and following up contractors on building sites.
  • Close cooperation with other Project Managers and Interface Manager, to assure that interfaces are identified and clarified.
  • Close cooperation with Completion/Commissioning Manager.
  • Monthly reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, demonstrating a successful track record of delivering projects on time, and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
