Asset Reliability and Maintenance Expert

KPCM seeks a seasoned Senior Reliability and Maintenance Engineer for a project in Oslo, Norway.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to identify potential failure modes, causes, and consequences.
  • Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies to develop optimized maintenance plans.
  • Evaluate criticality and risk levels of equipment and systems; apply consequence classification studies to assess potential impact of failures or accidents on safety, environment, and operations.
  • Create relevant Preventive and Condition-based Maintenance Programs.
  • Recommend appropriate maintenance strategies based on consequence analysis, FMECA, and RCM results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk mitigation measures and improve asset integrity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and experience.
  • Familiarity with Failure Modes, Effects, Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes.
  • Expertise in consequence classification and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Ability to assess and classify potential consequences of equipment failures.
  • Knowledge of maintenance strategies and optimization techniques.
  • Fluency in English; ability to read and write in Norwegian is requested.
  • Software skills: FMECA, CMMS tools, and SAP Maintenance.
  • Valid work permit for Norway or EU location required.
