Your Role

You will be a key member of the Quality team, supporting Food Safety and Quality Certification Audits and contributing to Quality Assurance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Food Safety and Quality Certification Audits (FSSC22000, ISO9001, RSPO, MSC, Organic)
  • Investigating customer complaints, managing non-conformances, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to Quality Assurance activities, including writing operational procedures and specifications, supplier management, and internal audits.
Requirements
  • Strong Quality Assurance knowledge.
  • Microbiology expertise.
  • Internal auditing experience.
  • ISO 9001; FSSC22000, and HACCP management systems understanding.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with decision-making and negotiation abilities.
  • Credential communication skills for stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English languages.
