As a Business Development Representative, you'll work closely with our Director of Business Development to uncover the needs of prospects and generate interest in our offerings.

Your responsibilities will include qualifying marketing-generated leads, building pipeline through cold prospecting, and practicing pipeline management and follow-up skills.

What You'll Do:

  1. Qualify marketing-generated leads based on specific guidelines and criteria
  2. Build pipeline by employing our cold prospecting playbook
  3. Leverage social media channels to engage prospects
  4. Work as a bridge between the Sales & Marketing Teams
  5. Establish value and schedule virtual & on-site client meetings for Sales Team

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian language
  • Self-starter with the ability to plan, organize, schedule, and follow through
  • Strong capacity to learn, be coached, and communicate both internally with teammates and externally with prospects
  • Decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills
  • Highly proficient level of computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
