We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our grocery stores in Oslo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Your primary goal will be to consistently improve the way our stores operate with help from the Operations Team. This includes staying on top of freshness, inventory and stock management, monitoring shrink levels and controlling food waste, and managing shift scheduling and incoming goods orders.
In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also be expected to lead, grow, and motivate a team of 2-4 Shift Leads, providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to run day-to-day operations smoothly. This may include hiring, training, and daily feedback sessions as well as holding regular 1v1 meetings to discuss performance and set new goals.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in team leadership and retail or grocery industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
