About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Machine Vision Expert to join our Customer Success Team. This role will involve working closely with customers to develop high-quality projects using Zivid 3D cameras and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine vision and robotics, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers in the DACH region.
  2. Providing technical training and support, with occasional customer visits for the most prominent customers.
  3. Guiding customers through the process of integrating Zivid 3D cameras and solutions.
  4. Developing and maintaining technical documentation and guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Machine Vision, Computer Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or similar with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong programming skills in C++, C#, or Python.
  • Familiarity with Machine Vision software tools and libraries like OpenCV, PCL, Open3D, Halcon, and MATLAB.
  • Fluent in German (oral and written), as this role will focus on the DACH region. Business-level English is also required.
