Job Description

A leading video collaboration company is seeking a skilled C# Software Engineer to join their MS Teams video interoperability software engineering team in Oslo, Norway.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a product used by enterprise companies and in secure government/ultra-secure environments. The focus is on security, with a highly concurrent system supporting hundreds of thousands of users.

As a software engineer, you will be empowered to make decisions and manage products, working within a highly skilled team and software engineering function.

The role involves complex systems engineering/distributed systems development in an Azure Cloud environment, using layered systems such as UI, application, message, and network layers, and testing these layers in isolation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex back-end applications using C# and .NET.
  • Work with cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS) and have experience with code profiling and optimization, scaling.
  • Diligent software testing (unit, module, system, regression).
  • Familiarity with design patterns and anti-patterns.
