About the Role

The CTO will be responsible for leading Reodor Studios' technology and product strategy, building its core platform from the ground up, and overseeing its development and scalability.

This role requires an initial hands-on approach to developing the platform, ensuring its robustness, and incorporating innovative features like AI-powered scheduling, CRM systems, and interactive tools for instructors.

As Reodor Studios scales, you will transition into a leadership role, building and mentoring a world-class tech team.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Leadership: Develop and implement Reodor Studios' product and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and the founder's vision.
• Platform Development: Oversee the development process (design, prototype, development, and quality assurance) of new software products and features from scratch.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate their feedback into product development and strategy.
• Global Scalability: Build scalable solutions to support Reodor Studios' rapid growth and planned expansion.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing tech team as the company grows, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and adherence to regulatory standards.
