Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies in collaboration with engineering teams
- Conduct bid clarification meetings and kick-off meetings with suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Perform commercial evaluations and place purchase orders and contracts to meet project requirements
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Manage variations, risks, and deviations to minimize project impact
- Provide budget, cost, and progress reporting to stakeholders
- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with client's work instructions and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of EPCI experience, with a strong commercial awareness and team-player attitude
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Flexible and positive with good collaboration skills
- Structured, efficient, and willing to change
- SAP experience with high data discipline is preferred
