About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at DOF. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing project activities, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee project activities, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including offshore teams, to drive project execution.
  • Develop and implement project standards, procedures, and execution plans.
  • Act as the main technical liaison with offshore teams during project execution.
  • Mentor and guide engineering personnel to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree in a field such as Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Oil & Gas Engineering.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Effective communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and written.
  • Experience with planning and execution of IMR and SURF operations on the Norwegian continental shelf.
  • Experience mentoring engineering personnel is an advantage.
