Regus Centre Ambassador

The Regus Centre Ambassador role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers visiting our centres. This includes managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about centre facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of centre facilities and services, including amenities and promotions
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events and promotions that drive customer engagement and loyalty

About You:

• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• You are proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing situations
• You have basic IT skills and are confident using MS Office
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs
