About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Cargo Sales and Marketing Expert to join our team in TN Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Sales Strategy:
- To execute sales strategies and implement related business objectives across the region.
- To work in conjunction with broker teams to develop country-specific plans and support the maintenance of relationships with existing and new clients, as well as suppliers.
- To monitor progress monthly against sales strategy and report to management highlighting any issues or concerns.
Business Development:
- To proactively identify opportunities to grow the business in the region in new and existing markets.
- To use initiative to identify new potential areas for business development.
- To keep up to date with competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cold calling prospect clients to help build on our successful portfolio of existing clients.
- Visiting potential, new and existing customers with a view to generate further business.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and regional language.
- Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance client needs with business objectives.
