About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Development Manager to join our team at Wolt, part of DoorDash. As a key member of our retail business development team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our largest retail and grocery partners in Norway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of new brands and grow existing external partnerships
  • Work with the marketing, product, and operations teams to strengthen our offerings and provide value to partners and end customers
  • Develop and foster partner relationships with C-suite stakeholders
  • Determine the needs and wants of partners and work to co-create solutions with internal and external teams

Requirements

  • Business proficiency in English
  • Proven success record in business development and/or account management
  • Passionate about using analytics to build insights and drive business decisions
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
