We are seeking a Dental Secretary for a part-time position (20%) from May to mid-July, as well as for occasional calls. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to student health and wellbeing.

Your tasks will include:

1. Preparing patients for treatment and assisting during procedures
2. Cleaning and sterilizing equipment
3. Providing customer service on the clinic floor
4. Performing other necessary tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. Degree in authorized dental secretary training
2. Experience with both financial and clinical tasks
3. High capacity and efficiency in your work
4. Clear and friendly communication skills
5. Systematic and organized approach
6. High professional standards and commitment to ongoing learning and development
7. Ability to follow up on agreed goals and maintain a positive working environment
8. Take initiative and propose improvements
9. Good data skills, either through OPUS or general proficiency
10. Excellent Norwegian and English language skills
