Adecco Norway is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Hitra, Norway.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social interaction and creativity.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Ensure compliance with Norwegian health, safety, and educational standards.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have knowledge of a Norwegian or other Scandinavian language at A2/B1 level or completion of a proper language course before start.
  • A degree in early childhood education or a related field issued by an EEA or EFTA country is required.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a kindergarten or similar setting, is an asset.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and child development is essential.
