Job Description:

You will play a pivotal role in growing our business through specific sales initiatives, in-depth educational events, and conquesting new clients. You will represent SkinCeuticals and promote in-depth product and aesthetic knowledge, coach clinics to develop their businesses, and create growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conquer new clients by identifying, visiting, and signing them with SkinCeuticals
  • Grow existing clients by targeting L4L growth opportunities and holding sales and education seminars
  • Achieve turnover targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly
  • Conduct aesthetic consumer events, sell-out initiatives, and represent the brand SkinCeuticals
  • Plan and prepare visits within your given district, implementing communication and sales techniques, and follow up with visit reports
  • Drive growth by proposing a clear action and implementation plan respecting ROI
  • Conduct detailed product and sales training in aesthetic clinics to increase sell-out provided by the SkinCeuticals Nordics Sales Manager
  • Analyze your own and competitors' actions to propose and anticipate changes and solutions
  • Create strong results via continuous follow-up, brand building, training, and coaching of clients

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of aesthetical treatments and preferably solid experience working in an aesthetic clinic
  • Be ambitious, result-oriented, and solution-focused, with a strong sense of quality
  • Have good organizational skills and logistic and technical abilities
  • Be analytical, innovative, anticipatory, and take initiative
  • Be trustworthy, reliable, and responsible, motivated by working independently
  • Be business- and sales-oriented, thriving in a competitive environment, and creating growth naturally
  • Be social and communicative, able to build relationships and network internally and externally
  • Be fluent in Norwegian and master English written and orally on a professional business level
  • Have the ability to travel extensively throughout Norway and hold a Driver's license (B)
