We are looking for a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Lily Country Club. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, beers, and wines that exceed our guests' expectations.

A successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for mixology, excellent eye to detail, and great customer service standards. You will work closely with our bar manager to develop and create seasonal drink lists, and have significant experience working in a high-volume bar environment.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B
  • Passion for beverage and a creative flair
  • Development & creation of seasonal drink lists together with our bar manager
  • Genuine interest and knowledge of wine and beer
  • Significant experience working in a bar with a high volume and high quality

In addition to your technical skills, you will also possess strong people management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate and monitor progress, and deliver and maintain set targets by the company.
