The job description includes:

  • Servicing as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them define and implement IAM strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Leading the design, architecture, and deployment of comprehensive IAM solutions across complex, multi-national environments.
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective IAM strategies and roadmaps.
  • Providing expert guidance on the selection and integration of IAM technologies, ensuring they meet both current and future business requirements.
  • Conducting assessments of existing IAM infrastructures, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in IAM, with basic understanding of and specific expertise in at least one of the following areas: IGA, PAM, and CIAM.
  • Proven experience in a strategic advisory or business consultancy role, with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IAM technologies such as LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, SAML, and directory services.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Azure AD, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and native proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch (specific to location).
