We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Manager to join our team at IKM Gruppen AS. As an Insurance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our global insurance programs, leading and supporting tender/renewal processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Insurance Program Administration: Oversee the administration of our global insurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal risk management.
- Tender and Renewal Processes: Lead and support in tender and renewal processes, working closely with sales and legal teams to evaluate and define contractual insurance clauses and responsibilities.
- Claims Management: Manage claims, conduct mapping exercises, and assess risk exposures to minimize losses and optimize insurance coverage.
- Site Visits and Coordination: Coordinate and participate in site visits by insurance carriers, ensuring seamless communication and effective risk management.
- Other Administration Tasks: Provide administrative support to the corporate insurance team, including other tasks as required.
- Master's Degree: Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, law, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in international insurance programs, with a strong understanding of risk management and insurance regulations.
- Other Qualifications: Other relevant background or experience may be considered.
