Mainly focused on Automation Distributed Control Systems (DCS), our projects may also involve other digital solutions like digital twins or offerings from the Emerson portfolio.

You will work closely with multiple functional teams, including Lead Engineers, Engineering centers, Sales, etc., to contribute to customer success, whether internal or external.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Lead Engineers to agree on vital action plans ensuring timely and successful completion within project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitoring project performance and progress while regularly reporting on current status and costs, providing forecasts, and analysis.
  • Coordinating communication between customers (external and internal), suppliers, and project teams.
  • Supporting the sales organization in demonstrations, presentations, and project estimation.
  • Serving as an interface and coordinating all commercial and technical issues related to the projects with the Engineering team, internal, and external clients as required for delivering successful projects.

We're looking for a driven and passionate leader who consistently acts with integrity, drives innovation, and fosters a collaborative environment.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation.
  • Experience in a project engineering environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Project Management techniques and tools along with proficiency in MS-Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS that Set You Apart:

  • Project Management Certification like PMP.
  • Proficiency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian language.
