  • We are seeking a digital solutions specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a search engine customer support professional, you will be responsible for providing assistance to businesses and entrepreneurs, enhancing their online presence and reputation.
  • You will investigate issues deeper before defining solutions, or escalate highly complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Superior Norwegian language skills and customer service mindset.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to use desktop computer systems, internet applications, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Google products, Chrome OS & Android Operating systems.
