About the Role
At Workday Sweden Aktiebolag, our team of seasoned sales professionals plays a crucial role in driving new customer growth and revenue expansion. As an Account Executive-New Business LE, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, pursue, and close key opportunities within assigned territories.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans for prioritizing and targeting high-potential accounts, aligning with pre-sales and other internal teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Promote and sell Workday solutions to Large Enterprise prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing the needs of C-Suite executives.
- Maintain accurate and timely pipeline data, forecasting, and customer/prospect information.
About You
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS/cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position. The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in field sales, with a strong background in account management and deal closure.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Swedish, Finnish, or Danish is highly desirable.
- Able to quickly adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
