Job Overview

This role involves working in a dynamic warehouse environment, processing various recycling materials, and providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Accurately handle cash transactions, process inventory, and maintain accurate records.
2. Product Movement and Equipment Maintenance: Assist in moving products, loading/unloading containers and trucks, and maintain work areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
3. Customer Service and Donations: Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, and assist with donations, issuing receipts as needed.
4. Auctions and Sales Floor Setup: Assist in conducting auctions, tracking sales, and setting up the sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
5. Safety and Security: Safeguard company property, report incidents, and follow company procedures to ensure productivity.

Qualifications

We require a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to operate a computerized register. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
