This position involves providing technical support to customers via phone, email, chat etc. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat etc.
  • Record case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication.
  • Meet quality standards on all handled contacts.
  • Work independently and within a team to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Near native Norwegian language and at least intermediate English skills (B1+) in writing and speaking to understand documentation and log accurately in the client systems.
  • Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is of advantage.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and a typing speed of minimum 50 words per minute.
