Fleet Management Coordinator

As a Rental Sales Agent at Avis Budget Group, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and inquiries, inspecting in and out vehicles, recording and following up on damage claims, monitoring vehicle maintenance, planning and controlling the vehicle fleet, engaging in active sales, and following daily routines.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, flexibility and willingness to work together, a structured and solution-oriented approach, basic computer skills, a valid class B driver's license for at least 1 year, representative appearance, ability to handle stress and a hectic work environment, punctuality, accuracy, and tidiness, and enjoy working in all weather conditions.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong team player who can provide exceptional customer service, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
