The HICON CBRN professional will play a key role in supporting the NATO Joint Warfare Center's high-priority exercises. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in CBRN activities and be able to bring creativity, novel design thinking, and industry best practices to JWC's business functions of designing, developing, and delivering exercise settings and scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, produce, deliver, and archive new settings and scenarios, and update/review and deliver existing settings and scenarios.
- Contribute to the development, refinement, and delivery of JWC political military, strategic, and operational level information and products tailored to the training audience, with a focus on CBRN activities.
- Act as the political-military focal point for the training audience for CBRN matters during exercise preparation and execution.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience in the last 6 of CBRN experience on political-military or strategic level (or equivalent international level), or as a member of the JWC HICON team.
* Demonstrate 3 years' experience in the last 6 in briefing senior leaders/decision makers at the governance level in a National or Multinational environment.
* Ability to compose, edit, contribute to, and comprehend collaborative texts in advanced English language reflecting the terminology and form of the respective subject matter area of expertise at senior staff level.
* Demonstrated proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 (Standardized Linguistic Profile (SLP) 4444 - Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
