Key Responsibilities
  • WOW Plan Execution: Ensure consistent execution of our WOW plan to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Repair Planning: Plan repair work, prepare cost estimates for customers, and utilize various tools to repair vehicle sections.
  • Dent Removal and Filling: Remove dents, dimples, and other minor body damage, and apply filler resins when necessary.
  • Chassis and Frame Realignment: Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
  • Part Replacement: Remove damaged sections and replace them with new or aftermarket parts.
  • Interior Part Replacement: Replace or repair interior parts as needed.
  • Painting and Finishing: Prepare and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or equivalent.
  • Quality Control: Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure all work has been executed correctly.
