Maintenance Supervisor

At TN Norway, we are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our Well Testing & Commissioning team in Stavanger.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workshop management and equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on safety and quality. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the diagnosis and repair of complex equipment, ensuring that all work is carried out to the required Company standards.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Directing and controlling a team of technicians in the workshop environment;
• Carrying out preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment;
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks;
• Participating in toolbox talks and planning meetings;
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Providing direction and basic job training to technicians when required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A technical qualification and extensive previous work experience in the related product line;
• Previous team leader experience would be an advantage;
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
• A commitment to safety and quality.
