Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering
  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years
  • Experience as a Project Manager successfully managing multi-discipline projects
  • Experience from EPC contracts, preferably from onshore industry
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Strong track record in risk management, budgeting, and aligning project outcomes with long-term business objectives
  • Advanced skills in influencing decision-makers across complex organizational structures
  • Ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal (Norwegian and English)
