About the Role

The Biostatistician will be responsible for preparing, conducting, and completing statistical tasks in assigned Study Teams, according to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop Study Protocols, CRFs, and reports/manuscripts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of statistical principles and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for clinical studies.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform clinical study decisions.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical study protocols.
  • Conduct statistical analyses and present results to project teams.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of statistical principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with databases and statistical software.
  • Mandatory proficiency in writing SAPs.
