Key Skills
The key skills required for this role include:
- Certified Scrum Master with working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
- Around 8+ years total experience with at least 4 years in Scrum.
- Experience in planning, impact analysis, scope definition, change management and product building.
- Development background with deep understanding of Java and React.
- Fluency in Norwegian language is a must have.
- Experiencing in managing and leading multi-location team.
