About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead for Customer Experience to join our Customer Identity team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical excellence of our services, guiding and facilitating learning among colleagues, and serving as the team's ambassador in all technical aspects.

You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, encouraging a collaborative work environment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecting and optimizing the performance of our services to meet the highest technical standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement of the team's services and driving their implementation.
  • Taking an active role in setting team goals and driving the team towards achieving them through clear communication and consistent support.
  • Representing the team in meetings and serving as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Establishing collaboration within the team and across departments to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Go with a broader understanding of other programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience developing and scaling services.
  • A strong DevOps mindset with expertise in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with design of distributed systems.
  • Practical knowledge of OAuth 2.
  • Proven leadership skills from previous roles with a record of guiding teams to success.
