About the Role
">- As a Digital Transformation Project Lead, you will spearhead teams driving our customers' digital transformations, liberating and maximizing the value of their data.
- You will lead projects, some co-lead or lead by partners while collaborating with Data Scientists, Solution Architects, and Domain Experts to design, develop, and operationalize digital solutions across various industries.
- Your ability to communicate effectively, solve complex problems, and comprehend intricate technology is paramount.
- You will be coordinating execution, communicating with senior management on status, risks, changes, and managing the budget.
We are Looking for
">- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Math, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS project management or software at a global scale.
- Familiarity with project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, and MIRO (Design thinking workshops), preferably within the oil and gas or manufacturing domain.
- Passion for driving change and creating success for customers, with multiple stakeholders and partners involved.
- Proven track record of effectively identifying and mitigating project risks, engaging stakeholders at various levels, and implementing robust governance frameworks to ensure project success and compliance.
