Job Description: The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of purchase orders and procurement documentation. This includes establishing effective and efficient orders (including planning, execution, documentation, and controls) for the procurement of goods and services in accordance with specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to maximize value creation for the company.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Assure that the Procurement Processes and relevant documents are according to company procedures.
  • Manage and track the status of orders and deliveries to ensure timeliness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within procurement and/or oil & gas experience.
  • SAP system knowledge and experience.
  • Languages: Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
