About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Cosmetics Brow Bar Associate to join our dynamic team at Benefit Cosmetics. As a key player in our Brow Bar, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in-store.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cosmetics, fluency in English, and experience working with high-pressure environments. You will also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well individually or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To achieve sales targets by demonstrating products and services to customers.
  • To manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of supplies and testers.
  • To participate in training programs and ensure consistent delivery of the Benefit ABCs.
