Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting, labeling, and notifying warehouse staff about incoming packages for further distribution to production teams
  • Ordering and restocking of consumable materials, inventory, and other stored items
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock checks
  • Packing and preparing shipments for delivery
  • Ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate invoicing
  • Collaborating with the purchasing department to order necessary parts and materials

Requirements:

  • Valid truck driving certification
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
