">We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Expert to oversee maintenance operations and provide input to project delivery, with a focus on ensuring quality assurance of deliverables from engineering and third-party companies.
">Main Responsibilities

- Monitor contractors within the EPCI framework from shore, utilizing digital and technical solutions to optimize maintenance deliverables.">
- Collaborate closely with the project onshore operation team and discipline engineers in the pre-ops team to identify optimal maintenance strategies for various equipment.">
- Follow up on Capital and Operational spares (SPIR) project deliverables, working closely with maintenance engineering vendor representatives to ensure compliance with Design Basis, M&I Functional Requirements, Operations Strategy, and relevant Codes and Standards.">
- Coordinate with the Ops prep team in other field development projects to seek improvement and alignment.">
- Participate in technology evaluation, qualification, and implementation, collaborating with the central M&I function and relevant Technical Authorities (TA) to achieve standardization through Maintenance and Test Concepts (MTC).">
Required Experience and Skills
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.">
- Competence in maintenance management methods and processes, both theoretical and practical, including knowledge of oil & gas project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.">
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing complex interfaces, with strong team player skills and ability to achieve results through close collaboration with stakeholders.">
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written, in both Norwegian and English.">
