Job Overview
As a graduate in the Legal and Compliance department at Equinor, you will be part of a team of 140 legal experts, specialists, consultants, and qualified support personnel. Your role will involve advising on all legal matters and on ethics as well as anti-corruption compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal and compliance advice to the business areas on Equinor's various activities, including projects, commercial transactions, and negotiations.
- Work in an international environment and collaborate closely with colleagues and counterparties globally.
- Develop as an energy lawyer within various legal areas, with broad opportunities for learning and growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD with good academic record within law.
- Completed degree by the year of starting.
- Fluent in English.
- No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience.
- Formal experience is not a requirement.
- Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.
