Qualifications
  1. Information Technology related education, or a related field.
  2. Preferably 5 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on Microsoft365 and security, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft365 security features, including but not limited to, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zero Trust architecture, and Security Score.
  4. Familiarity with compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview.
  5. Strong understanding of general cybersecurity principles and best practices, with a focus on proactive security measures.
  6. Experience with implementing and managing Microsoft365 security solutions for diverse clients, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  7. Fluency in Norwegian is a prerequisite due to client requirements.
Nice to Have
  1. Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
