About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor at H&M Amanda Storsenter. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our fashion products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• Drive sales by effectively communicating product knowledge, fashion trends, and promotions to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process customer transactions, handle returns, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and other tasks as required.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong product knowledge and fashion awareness, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
