We seek a highly skilled Supply Chain Innovation Lead to join our team. As a Supply Chain Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance our business processes and drive success.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans, aligned with the company's vision and objectives, to enhance business performance and profitability.
  2. Conduct extensive research and analysis to identify market trends, competitors' activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing insights and recommendations for improving business processes and operations.
  4. Monitor and measure the progress of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to the senior management team.
  5. Identify potential risks and opportunities, developing contingency plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
  7. Communicate strategic plans and initiatives to all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business planning, market/competitive analysis, and strategic development in the logistics industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret complex data and present it clearly and concisely.
  4. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Strong project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  8. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is preferred.
